Du 31 août au 3 septembre 2017, La Houle Editions (Marie Lécrivain & Jean-François Caro) m’invite à la Künstlerhaus Vorwerk-Stif / Galerie 21 à Hambourg (DE) pour l’événement “Reading The Ceiling”, une proposition artistique mêlant une exposition collective (Myriam A. Goulet, Xavier Aupaix, Dieudonné Cartier, Béatrice Lortet, Guillaume Sinquin), une bibliothèque évolutive nommée la ‘reading room’ et une radio. Le contenu diffusé par cette radio sera créé in situ par Julie Rouanne & David Le Simple (ICIPerformance) sur base de sons ambiants et d’enregistrements de lectures de livres présentés dans la ‘reading room’, dont mon livre “Non-Dits” (Yellow Now Editions).

Yes, my nickname “Nim” was first dedicated to sound creation. Back to 2004 with “Editorial EP” released on my own label Carte Postale Records
Nim ne fait pas de bruit, il serait du genre à se faire petit, à se rendre invisible à nos oreilles. Avec des blips et des montées soniques négatives, éditorial est en adéquation avec la mise en quarantaine dans un milieu sain, vierge de toute aspérité ou mauvais germes pouvant altérer le bruit cristallin d’une goutte d’eau s’écrasant sur la surface plane d’une océan de gouttes. Nécessitant une maîtrise de l’extérieur ce EP aura le seul défaut de ne pouvoir côtoyer les conditions normales d’une vie sans égards sous peine de se voir noyer sous un flot de vibrations masquantes.
